Each lesson is directed in a supportive & relaxed environment where  students have the opportunity to freely express themselves & unleash their inner divas.

Not only are our classes FUN & liberating but belly dancing is a dynamic, low to medium impact exercise (depending on your level & abilities) & helps develop your core strength, stability, flexibility & hand-eye coordination.
